A global biotech organisation specialising in Oncology and Neurology diseases is now in need of a Medical Director to come on board their growing team.

The successful Medical Director will have extensive experience working on launching new products into the market.

• Core skills and experience required: - 10+ years’ experience of launching new products.
• Previous experience launching Oncology and Neurology products.
• Extensive experience creating field launch strategies.
• Experience creating the KOL engagement strategies.
• Experience building field medical teams.
• Experience creating the listening strategies.
• Creating RWE strategies.
• Direct line management experience.
• Knowledge and insight into the local and regional codes of practice.
