UK M&A Execution - Associate and VP

I am currently mandated on an exciting M&​A Execution opportunity at the Associate and VP level in London, within a strong M&​A team. They are one of the worlds leading global financial institutions and known for deep sector expertise and a collaborative working culture.

What you'll do:

• Lead deal execution from diligence through close
• Build models: accretion/dilution, DCF, LBO, comps
• Manage cross-functional deal teams and client materials
• Navigate both public market process and private deal mechanics

What you bring:

• Associate: 3+ years in M&​A/investment banking; VP: 6+ years with deal leadership experience
• Must have experience across public and private transactions
• Strong modelling and valuation skills
