Job Description You will own FITR’s Scale Pod, managing 600+ independent coaching businesses and strategic partnerships with brands like PureGym and The Gym Group. This is a high-impact, commercially-driven role where you will turn passive partnerships into growth engines, driving retention, expansion revenue, and coach success through lifecycle strategy and hands-on activation.

What You Will Do

• Own the "Scale Pod" of 600+ independent coaching businesses, driving retention, engagement, and annual plan conversion while identifying high-potential expansion and Custom App opportunities.
• Operationalize strategic partnerships post-signup by running activation sessions, workshops, and coffee mornings with PTs to turn partner cohorts into active acquisition and growth engines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to build scalable playbooks, improve lifecycle automation, and feed commercial insights into the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience in high-volume Customer Success, Partnerships, or Growth roles within a SaaS startup, ideally supporting SMBs, creators, or independent operators.
• Highly commercially minded with a track record of driving revenue growth, spotting churn risks, and building repeatable systems from scratch in fast-paced environments.
• Deep passion for health, fitness, or the creator economy, with the communication skills to influence everyone from individual PTs to corporate gym leadership.
