Location : Twickenham (hybrid, 2–3 days in office)

Salary : Competitive — commensurate with experience

Contract : Full-time, permanent

The company

Holly & Co is fast becoming one of the UK's most exciting retailers, and we're on the cusp of launching something set to change business for the better: better for creators, better for society and better for the planet. If you're curious, talented and have something less ordinary to bring to the table, we'd love to meet you.

We also work on an island, and that's just the start of what makes Holly & Co refreshingly unique. Our founder has built something that genuinely challenges what business can look like — championing artists and makers, staying fiercely true to what we believe in and approaching everything we do in an innovative way.

So if you're driven by purpose, want to work with a team of smart, funny people who think 'we not I', and thrive on never having the same day twice — we want to hear from you.

The opportunity

Paid media is an incredibly important commercial lever for Holly & Co.

We need someone to own our paid media activity, scale it significantly across the rest of this year, and ongoing, building on what we have now and optimise relentlessly so we can maintain efficiency as we grow. You will manage our paid media budget and manage our retained media agency.

This role is for you if you're a commercially minded paid media expert who has owned notable budgets and targets, understands how to deploy media across the full funnel, and knows how to take something already working and make it meaningfully better.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and deliver a full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Pinterest and other channels as appropriate, working closely with the Digital Director
  • Develop and manage campaign plans, budgets and forecasts, ensuring delivery against ROAS, CAC and customer targets
  • Plan our annual campaign calendar, balancing seasonal vs BAU and self-purchase vs gifting
  • Define channel role, formats, creative, product selection, audience targeting and test plans for all campaigns, collaborating with the wider team.
  • Maintain a live feedback loop on creative, ad set and product performance — feeding insights into live optimisations, upcoming campaigns, and other channel activity
  • Lead performance analysis and reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights for the wider business
  • Work with the site team and product team on continually optimising the product feed
  • Brief the design and video teams clearly, with a commercial context, translating data into a sharper creative direction for every campaign
  • Manage production and maintain ongoing feedback on creative performance
  • Manage our paid media agency, working very closely with them to ensure best-in-class execution and running quarterly reviews
