About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Financial and Investment Analysts interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects involving valuation, financial modeling, investment analysis, and capital allocation decisions.

The role focuses on evaluating AI-generated financial analyses, investment recommendations, and valuation outputs while helping improve the quality and accuracy of next-generation AI systems used in finance and investing.

You'll apply your expertise in financial analysis, equity research, valuation, portfolio management, and investment decision-making to support the development of advanced AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated valuation models, investment recommendations, industry analyses, and financial research reports.
• Compare AI-generated outputs based on analytical rigor, valuation accuracy, investment thesis quality, and financial reasoning.
• Review scenarios involving

company valuation, financial modeling, capital structure analysis, portfolio management, and investment decision-making .

• Assess financial content for accuracy, completeness, logical consistency, and real-world applicability.
• Provide detailed written feedback and professional evaluations of AI-generated work.
• Help establish high-quality evaluation standards for finance and investment-focused AI systems.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve financial reasoning and analytical capabilities within AI models.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Equity Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Securities Analyst, or a related finance role.
• Experience conducting

financial modeling, company valuation, investment analysis, or portfolio research .

• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and investment frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate complex financial analyses with professional judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to provide clear analytical feedback.
• Ability to commit

20+ hours per week .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in equity research, asset management, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or portfolio management .
• Professional certifications such as

CFA, CPA, FRM, CAIA , or equivalent credentials.

• Experience reviewing investment memos, research reports, valuation models, or financial recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted financial tools, data platforms, or quantitative research workflows.
• Experience mentoring analysts or contributing to financial training programs.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $70–$110/hour.
