Organisational Development and Learning Manager Band 7 £52,845 - £61,466 per annum Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,461 36 hours per week Permanent post Help shape the future of health and care in the Western Isles. This is an influential role where you’ll lead the design and delivery of organisational development (OD) and learning initiatives. You will help drive cultural change, leadership development, and workforce capability across NHS Western Isles.

What You’ll Do

• Lead OD and learning projects aligned to organisational priorities
• Design and deliver leadership and staff development programmes
• Support transformational change and service improvement
• Embed a culture that supports the wellbeing of staff
• Develop a long term workforce planning strategy
• Drive employability initiatives throughout the organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in organisational development and learning
• Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver impactful programmes
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for developing people and improving organisational performance
• A Masters level qualification and Chartered Membership of the CIPD
