About The Opportunity A fast-paced technology consultancy operating across the UK’s digital transformation landscape, we partner with mid-market enterprises to deploy, configure, and optimize SaaS platforms—from CRM and ERP to workflow automation and customer success tools. Our Implementation Specialists bridge the gap between product capabilities and real-world business outcomes, ensuring rapid onboarding, adoption, and ROI for clients across finance, healthcare, and professional services.

Role &​ Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of cloud-based SaaS platforms for UK-based clients—from discovery and scoping through go-live and handoff.
• Configure system settings, data models, user roles, and automation workflows to align with client business processes.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and validate functionality during UAT.
• Train end-users and internal stakeholders on platform features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Document implementation plans, configurations, and post-go-live support playbooks for knowledge transfer and scalability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve blockers and ensure smooth client transitions.
