Role Description This is a remote (for Europe-based applicants), contract role for a Women's Health Social Media Manager & Marketing Lead. In this role, the candidate will develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth, with a focus on vaginal and women’s health topics. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and publishing content, optimizing posts for reach and impact, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data and user feedback. The role also involves managing community interactions, responding to comments and messages with empathy and accuracy, collaborating with leadership and clinical advisors on messaging, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong social media expertise, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to women’s and vaginal health audiences.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills, with a focus on clear, inclusive, and approachable health messaging.
- Experience managing online communities and brand voice in health, wellness, or related fields is beneficial.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making for social media and digital campaigns.
- Understanding of women’s and vaginal health topics, or a strong interest and willingness to learn in this domain.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, public health, or a related field is a plus.
