Lecturer

About The Role We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Biomedical Science to contribute to the delivery of practical classes in cancer biology and molecular medicine, alongside supporting lecture-based teaching, ensuring students develop core experimental and analytical skills.

About You We are seeking:

  • A collegiate, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a commitment to excellence in higher education and providing a high-quality experience for our students
  • Demonstrable depth and breadth of knowledge in cell biology and cancer biology for bioscience
  • Experience in delivering high-quality laboratory teaching practical components of the curriculum.
  • A strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, mirroring the University’s values.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) fixed term basis from September 2026 to June 2027.
