Implementation and Change Lead
Montu UK
Job Description
Implementation & Change Lead
We’re looking for an ambitious and action-oriented Implementation & Change Lead to help accelerate Montu’s mission to transform healthcare through cannabis therapies. In this role, you’ll be an agent for change; managing and driving the delivery of projects that sit at the heart of scaling our healthtech ecosystem spanning clinical, pharmacy, digital, logistics, regulatory, and commercial initiatives.
This isn't a traditional project management role. We don't run a rigid methodology, and we're not looking for someone to impose one. We want someone who brings just enoug h structure to keep the important things on track, and who's as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as drawing up a plan. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced scale-up. You’ll coordinate across teams, solve problems in real-time, and keep projects moving forward. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we deliver, building structure and momentum that helps Montu scale at pace
