Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Up to £65,000

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition and help scale a fast-growing digital business towards its next stage of growth. You’ll own the strategy, budget and performance of paid channels including Google Ads and Meta, with responsibility for generating efficient, high-quality customer acquisition rather than simply increasing spend. This is a genuinely hands-on role where you’ll spend significant time in the platforms yourself, auditing existing accounts, refining targeting and exclusions, building campaigns and continuously testing and optimising performance.

You’ll have the autonomy to identify where acquisition costs and lead quality can improve, using a rigorous, data-led approach to diagnose issues and turn insights into action. You’ll also lead structured tests across emerging channels, formats and opportunities, staying ahead of developments in performance marketing and identifying areas worth experimenting with before they become crowded or expensive. Using tools such as GA4, Mixpanel and CRM data, you’ll analyse performance by channel, device and lead quality, while connecting acquisition activity to downstream customer value rather than focusing solely on lead volume.

You’ll own reporting and forecasting across spend, volume, cost per acquisition and lead quality, working closely with growth and marketing colleagues on conversion optimisation, experimentation and measurement. We’re looking for someone with proven hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns, ideally in a subscription or SaaS environment, who combines strategic seniority with the willingness and ability to get into the detail.
