• You'll help create, review, and evaluate high-quality banking and M&​A scenarios, leveraging your experience in investment banking, transaction analysis, and corporate finance decision-making.
• Strong candidates are comfortable analyzing financial statements, interpreting valuation outputs, understanding deal processes, and translating complex financial information into clear recommendations.

Ideal candidates have experience at one or more bulge bracket investment banks, such as:

• Goldman Sachs
