Overview

A fast-growing, multi-site healthcare platform is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join its London-based finance team. The business has established itself as a leading provider within its sector and is undergoing an exciting period of growth, creating opportunities to support a broad range of strategic and corporate finance initiatives.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and responsibility from day one. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the group, supporting both organic growth initiatives and external transactions within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of corporate finance transactions, including debt and equity fundraising, property financing and exit-related activities
  • Evaluate capital allocation opportunities through business case appraisals, discounted cash flow modelling and IRR-based investment analysis
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making across the group
  • Prepare investor-grade materials and presentations for board, executive and external stakeholder audiences
  • Partner with operational teams and the FP&​A function to support revenue growth and margin enhancement initiatives
  • Assist with M&​A transactions, including evaluation, diligence and execution support
  • Contribute to broader strategic projects and commercial initiatives across the business

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience within corporate finance, corporate development, FP&​A, investment banking, or transaction services
  • Strong financial modelling capabilities and understanding of corporate finance and capital markets processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex investment and strategic opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting information to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining
  • Prior healthcare experience or a demonstrable interest in the sector is highly desirable
