Assistant Business Intelligence Business Partner
Sirona care & health
Job Description
The Business Intelligence Team plays a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation, turning data into insight and insight into action. We lead in capturing high‑quality performance information from across the organisation and transforming it into meaningful intelligence that empowers managers to deliver outstanding services.
We don’t just provide data, we help people understand it. By supporting managers to interpret their performance reports, we enable them to make confident, evidence‑based decisions that enhance service quality and improve outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve.
We ensure all statutory and contractual reporting is delivered accurately and on time, meeting the expectations of internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as commissioners. Our work strengthens transparency, drives performance, and keeps the organisation accountable to the highest standards.
Business Intelligence will increasingly be of strategic significance, supplying the organisation with the insight required to manage budgets effectively, spot trends, and steer the organisation toward long‑term goals. Our Intelligence helps shape the direction of the organisation, influence future investment, and unlock opportunities for innovation and improvement.
