Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manager - Bristol At Hill, we don’t just build homes—we shape communities and create lasting impact. As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality developments that reflect our values of Ambition , Collaboration , Impact , and Agility .

What you’ll do:

• Support the Site Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, on-time construction projects
• Lead day-to-day site activity, championing health &​ safety and quality standards
• Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes, plans and regulations are followed
• Maintain a clean, well-presented site that reflects Hill’s commitment to excellence
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners

What we’re looking for:

• HNC/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in construction
• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety qualifications
• Confident communicator with strong time management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of traditional, RC frame, and timber frame construction
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail
