We are looking for a Programme Lead - Data to take ownership of our Level 3 and Level 4 Data programmes, ensuring they deliver a high-quality, industry-relevant learning experience that goes beyond apprenticeship standards and prepares learners for long-term career success.

In this role, you will combine programme leadership, curriculum innovation and quality assurance to create exceptional outcomes for learners and employers. Working closely with delivery teams, employers, sales and marketing colleagues, you will ensure our programmes remain current, practical and aligned to emerging technologies and workforce needs.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the ongoing development and evolution of our Data programmes, ensuring content is current, engaging and reflects industry best practice.
• Driving continuous improvement through programme reviews, performance analysis, learner feedback and employer insight.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for the programme, supporting client discussions and training needs analysis activities.
• Ensuring consistency and quality across teaching, learning and assessment through standardisation activities.
• Supporting learner retention, achievement and progression by collaborating with onboarding, delivery, curriculum and performance teams.
• Maintaining programme documentation and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship requirements and quality frameworks.
• Delivering inductions, training and support for colleagues involved in programme delivery.
• Contributing to quality improvement plans and self-assessment activities.
• Producing thought leadership content, including articles and podcast contributions, focused on emerging technologies and data innovation.
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to articulate the programme's unique strengths and value proposition.
• Delivering teaching where appropriate, while balancing wider programme leadership responsibilities.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience and technical expertise within the data discipline .
• Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, end-point assessment processes and quality assurance frameworks.
• Experience in teaching, training, coaching or learning delivery.
• Ability to analyse learner performance and quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, innovative and solutions-focused approach.
• A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for helping learners and colleagues succeed.
