Head of Growth/Marketing | Health & Wellness B2B SaaS | £80-120k + Equity | Hybrid (2 days, Hertfordshire + Flex)
We're hiring a Head of Growth/Marketing for a profitable, founder-led b2b SaaS subscription business in the consumer fitness and wellness technolog y space. The company has built a loyal customer base, operates internationally, and is entering its next phase of growth, with plans to focus investments into marketing efforts.
The business has grown organically since launch (+£3m annually), has never had a month of negative growth, and continues to add new customers with very low churn.
The business is now investing in its next phase of growth and is looking for a hands-on marketing leader to join their small team and own customer acquisition across paid, organic and product-led channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver the growth strategy across digital, product-led and partnership channels.
- Lead paid acquisition (Meta, Google), SEO/GEO, content and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop partnerships, referral programmes and influencer activity.
- Optimise conversion across the customer journey and identify new acquisition opportunities.
- Work closely with the founders and build the growth function over time
Essential Experience
- You must have recent growth marketing experience in
B2B SaaS ( SMB -focused, not enterprise) 2. You must have been through a scale-up journey.
*Candidates who have recently only worked in very large companies are not right.
