What You Will Do

• Build and ship a venture-scale product from scratch, acting as a technical lead or solo founder during the initial validation phase.
• Participate in an intensive 8-week London residency to find co-founders, validate market demand, and prepare for institutional fundraising.
• Engage with Antler's global investor network to secure subsequent funding rounds and scale your company across six continents.

The ideal candidate

• Exceptional technical capability with a background as an engineer at a venture-backed startup (Seed to Series C) or as a former founder.
• A "maniacal" builder who can independently develop end-to-end products and has a track record of obsessive pursuit in side projects or sports.
• Forward-thinking mindset, actively tracking frontier technologies and AI research to identify opportunities for building tomorrow's category-defining tools.
