We are seeking an experienced Senior Data &​ Insight Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will lead data initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, develop impactful dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights that support operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, expertise in data modeling and business intelligence tools, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into valuable data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis &​ Business Intelligence

• Analyze, interpret, and transform complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources into actionable insights.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful reports that support business performance and strategic objectives.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis.
• Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Reporting &​ Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Create self-service reporting solutions that enhance business visibility and accessibility to data.
• Develop reporting frameworks that support both operational and strategic requirements.
• Continuously improve existing dashboards and reporting capabilities.

Data Projects &​ Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead end-to-end data and reporting projects from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Facilitate discussions, validate requirements, and communicate analytical findings clearly.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights and recommendations.

Data Governance &​ Quality

• Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, accuracy, and governance standards.
• Support data management best practices and compliance requirements.
• Ensure reporting outputs align with organizational policies and regulatory obligations.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in data processes and controls.

Survey &​ Insight Programs

• Support the design, implementation, and analysis of surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Analyze survey outcomes and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Present findings through clear reports, visualizations, and actionable insights.

Continuous Improvement

• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and innovation.
• Recommend improvements to reporting methodologies, data models, and analytical approaches.
• Support the adoption of modern analytics tools and technologies.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership &​ Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor and support team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute technical expertise to improve team capability and reporting standards.
• Foster collaboration across departments and stakeholder groups.

What You'll Bring

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as:
• Data Analytics
• Statistics
• Mathematics

• Strong knowledge of:

• Advanced SQL and T-SQL skills.
• Experience extracting, cleansing, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources.

• Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience mentoring and supporting colleagues.

• Experience working within higher education or similarly regulated environments.
