Work base will be:

The William Bingley Centre, 64 School Street, Barrow in Furness, LA141EW

With a mix of home and office working across Barrow and Ulverston

and the surrounding districts

Remuneration Package

ü £35000 -£38000 per annuum dependant on experience

Contract

1-year fixed term contract initially- continuation dependant on performance and impact on organisation

Summary of role

As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Operations Manager will:

ü Lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites and services

ü Support service innovation and development

ü Ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained

ü Develop and support managers and staff teams

ü Drive performance and continuous improvement

ü Support organisational growth and sustainability

ü Deputise for the CEO where required

This role is central to ensuring Mind in Furness continues to deliver excellent services whilst developing for the future.

JOB PURPOSE

The Operations Manager will provide operational leadership across all Mind in Furness services, ensuring safe, effective, high-quality and person-centred service delivery.

The postholder will lead operational performance, line manage managers and team leaders, oversee quality and compliance, support organisational development and ensure the charity remains responsive to the needs of local communities.

The role will enable the Chief Executive Officer to focus on strategic leadership, income generation, partnership development and organisational sustainability whilst maintaining strong

operational oversight.
