A medical AI compliance company working with some of the world's best and most ambitious medical AI teams is looking to recruit a Clinical Safety Reviewer with a radiology background.

Job Description:

The company is looking to bring on a clinician with hands-on experience in radiology or medical imaging to help review and certify the safety of AI-powered medical devices.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the most innovative medical AI products are safe, effective, and ready for market access. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and regulatory specialists, contributing to clinical safety reviews and helping customers navigate complex certification processes with clarity and confidence.

What you will do?

  • Lead clinical safety reviews of AI-powered radiology and medical imaging devices
  • Review and assess clinical evidence to support regulatory submissions and market access decisions
  • Work alongside engineers, scientists, and regulatory specialists across the full certification process
  • Help customers and prospects understand regulatory requirements in plain language
  • Stay current on relevant imaging standards, research, and guidance
  • Support sales and customer teams with clinical and regulatory insight

The ideal candidate:

  • Degree in radiography, medical physics, clinical medicine/radiology or a related field
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience in radiology, medical imaging or a related setting
  • Experience with SaMD - developing, implementing or evaluating
  • Direct experience working with imaging equipment or software (CT, PET, fluoroscopy, gamma cameras, x-ray, etc.)
  • Some exposure to clinical data review or evaluation, whether through trials, audits or device assessments
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting clinical research and medical statistics
