As a Customer Success Manager, you'll become a trusted partner to some of our key customers, helping them get the very best from their IRIS solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

🤝 Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

💡 Supporting customers through onboarding, adoption and ongoing success.

📈 Driving customer retention, satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

📊 Delivering regular business reviews and creating success plans to help customers achieve their goals.

🎯 Monitoring customer health and proactively managing risks before they become issues.

🗣️ Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to improve our products and services.

🌍 Working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
