ionThis role is responsible for planning and delivering internal communications for the Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA). You will help ensure our communications effectively support the development of IBCA and the creation of our compensation service while also supporting corporate priorities and helping IBCA be a great place to wo

rk.You will lead and own the internal communications strategy for IBCA, taking responsibility for shaping the organisation's internal voice and driving it forward through a programme of channels, products and events. This includes taking the lead on developing and delivering proactive digital communications, internal events and guidance that build transparency and trust across the organisati
