Technology M&A Associate

We are working with a US Elite Boutique looking to hire an Associate into its Technology M&​A team. Open to strong M&​A Associates looking to move into tech/ software coverage.

Responsibilities:

Support execution of M&​A transactions across the technology sector

Build and review financial models and valuation analysis

Prepare client materials including pitch books, IMs, and presentations

Coordinate due diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders

Conduct sector and company research, with a focus on software and IT services

Manage workstreams and support junior team member

Requirement :

3-6 years’ experience in Investment Banking, M&​A, or Corporate Finance

Strong financial modelling and valuation skillset

Experience supporting transaction execution

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to software and/or IT services transactions (SaaS, recurring revenue models)

Working with sponsor-backed or high-growth businesses

Involvement in cross-border M&​A
