Group Compliance Manager
Hybrid | South East | Supporting 40+ Dental Practices
Our client, a well-established and growing dental group, is seeking an experienced Group Compliance Manager to oversee compliance, governance, and quality standards across a network of more than 40 dental practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with a strong healthcare or dental background to join a forward-thinking organisation that places patient care and regulatory excellence at the heart of its operations.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all practices operate in line with CQC requirements, health and safety legislation, and internal governance standards. Working closely with Practice Managers and senior leadership, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and provide practical support across the group.
This is a hybrid position, combining remote working with regular travel to sites across the South East.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing compliance and governance activities across 40+ dental practices.
- Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supporting practices with CQC requirements and inspection readiness.
- Reviewing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Delivering guidance and training to Practice Managers and clinical teams.
- Monitoring incidents, complaints, and corrective action plans.
- Producing regular compliance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational and quality performance across the group.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a compliance, governance, or quality management role within healthcare or dentistry.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and healthcare compliance frameworks.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
